Good News For Ipl Fans

Hemang Amin, the Indian Premier League’s (COO) and BCCI’s interim CEO, is all set for two separate schedules for the remaining 21 matches of the 12th edition of the IPL. The BCCI is all set to host it in September and October this year. Amin has been given the option of hosting the remaining matches of the IPL in England and the UAE.

However their greater emphasis is on the UAE.

This is because most matches can be played at one or two stadiums. Teams don’t have to waste time coming and going. Apart from this, the BCCI has successfully hosted the IPL there last year. However, the final decision is to be taken by the BCCI. A decision on the matter could be taken at the BCCI’s AGM on May 9.

Team India will travel to England in which they will first play against New Zealand in the World Test Championship final from June 15.
India will then play a six-match Test series against England. Will be played at Trent Bridge, Lord’s, Headingley, Oval, and Old Trafford. Team India is quarantined at Mumbai from today before the tour.

According to the current schedule, the first Test of the Test series against England will start on August 8, and the last day of the final Test will be played on September 19.

The Indian Cricket Board (BCCI) wrote a letter to the England Cricket Board stating that the remaining matches of the IPL could be played if the Test series was started a week early.

There is a T20 World Cup in October-November so it is likely to play the first remaining IPL match.

With 29 matches played in the IPL, several cricketers and support staff had to suspend the tournament due to the transition of Coro. 50% of IPL 2021 matches are yet to be played. The remaining matches are likely to be played in England or the UAE.

Last year there was a successful IPL

After the first wave of Corona in India, it was successfully organized in UAE in 2020. After that IPL 2021 was held in India. It was postponed after the case of bio bubble in IPL 12. The BCCI is working on a plan to play out the remaining matches of IPL 2021.

Earlier, she was thinking of planning a T20 World Cup. England have not yet hosted the IPL and are interested in hosting it. The franchisee wants a quick decision to be made so that there is enough time for preparations.
